Meet Lisa Barth

Lisa loves her clients! She knows that her clients are the reason she loves working in real estate! Her joy and satisfaction derives from helping buyers find the home of their dreams and helping sellers move on to their next adventure wherever it may be. She has over 20 years of experience in the Boston residential real estate market. She has been consistent with her real estate sales each year through hard work, persistence, and her high level of customer service. She has sold some of the top properties in the Boston area year over year selling over $200M worth of properties.

Lisa thrives on finding the perfect homes for her buyer clients and will take the time to make sure it is the right home for them. She works well with sellers as she knows how important a seller’s role is in each transaction and understands the differing needs of each seller and the differing markets each year. Marketing is a crucial element to selling properties and Lisa works with top marketing professionals in the industry to ensure all of her properties are seen by all of the right people. Through her extensive knowledge of the real estate market and her slew of contacts, she melds all of these things together to make sure the full home sale process, whether for a buyer or seller runs smoothly.

Her specialties in real estate sales include condominiums, single family homes and multi-family condominium conversions in the metro Boston area. She also knows the swift rental market in Boston very well and can place individuals with ease. She readily works with investors selling them properties, managing those units and getting them the highest rents and the best tenants.

Lisa is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. She moved to the East Coast in 1992 to pursue her Equestrian dreams, where she lived in various locations across the United States from Wellington, FL to Bridgehampton, NY, finally settling in Boston after retiring from the show jumping circuit. Riding horses is still her passion, which she enjoys now as a hobby in her free time.

She also spends time volunteering in local Boston schools and planning fundraising events. In the summer, she loves a day at the beach with her family and in the winter to get her fill of outdoor activity, she heads up north for some downhill skiing. She currently resides in Back Bay with her husband and her daughter.
